Diffractive Optical Element (DOE) Simulation

This example shows the use of DOE simulation engine and near-field-to-far-field transformation engine. The DOE surface relief profile is loaded from an external file. The DOE used in this example is a simple Fresnel lens of focal length = 100 mm.
